Refund Policies

1. Subscription Fees

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our subscription fees. If you are not satisfied with our cable TV services within the first 15 days of subscribing, you may request a full refund of your subscription fees. Refund requests must be submitted in writing or through our designated refund request process.

2. Equipment Fees

Equipment fees, such as set-top box rentals or modem fees, are non-refundable. However, if you return rented equipment in good working condition upon cancellation of your services, any equipment deposit or charges will be refunded to you.

3. Billing Errors

If you believe there is an error in your billing, please contact our customer support immediately. We will investigate and rectify any billing errors promptly. If an overcharge is confirmed, we will issue a refund for the excess amount.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription, you must notify us in writing or through our designated cancellation process. Cancellation requests should include your account information and the desired cancellation date. Your subscription will remain active until the specified cancellation date.

2. Early Termination Fees

Early termination fees may apply if you cancel your subscription before the end of your contract term, as specified in your service agreement. These fees cover costs associated with installation and equipment. Please review your service agreement for details.

Billing Disputes

1. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute related to your bill, please contact our customer support. We will work with you to resolve the dispute promptly and fairly.

2. Temporary Suspensions

In cases where a billing dispute is being investigated, we may temporarily suspend collection efforts on the disputed amount until the matter is resolved. However, the remainder of your bill is still due by the specified due date.
